Dear YFC customers,
A quick update on YFC services at the moment.
Firstly thanks for all the overwhelming support!! Nourishing your bodies on YFC local is exactly what we all need. Our team is here to help you stay fit and healthy as we navigate the next few months.
To keep everything running as smoothly as possible and make sure we can give all of you the YFC love that you need, here are a few things to keep in mind:
- There will be no extension on ordering deadlines. Cut off for orders are Friday 12pm, Monday 12pm and Wednesday 12pm. Please check correlating collection and delivery times for your area here.
- We will be opening on Monday as of next week.
- To avoid disappointment please don't leave ordering to the last minute.
- We will be moving most hubs over to delivery as the weeks progress. Please keep an eye out on emails and socials.
- We can not adjust or add products to orders that have already been processed. Please review your order before you submit it and if you would like to add more products to your order please do this as a separate order.
- Please review our FAQ before calling or emailing us. (There really is lots of useful information there.)
- Our customer service team is flat out and is dealing with enquiries on a priority basis.
- No changes can be made to order collection methods, delivery date or address once the order has been placed.
- Our staff and delivery drivers are working extremely hard to get orders out and on time. However some deliveries may run late. Please be patient.

We are currently experiencing some supply issues due to excessive demand and there will be some unavoidable substitutions as we move forward. We will do our best to keep this to a minimum.
- The increased demand has however caused price rises of some products.
- We are taking extreme hygiene measures in the warehouse and with our complete supply chain, however it is always good practice to wash your fruit and vegetables when you get them home.
- Delivery prices have increased in the short term. We will do our best to keep these to a minimum as we work with our logistics companies.
- Please make sure you are following us on Instagram and Facebook where we will be giving you live updates.
