In a few words, tell us how 2021 has been for you and the business. (spare the expletives, ha!)
As you can imagine its been tough for all small family run businesses. We are thankful for our loyal customers during these tough times. It’s been great to see other small local businesses thriving during this time and we have showed our support as we navigate different paths and provide support in different areas of the business. Our spirits have stayed high as we have a great team behind us who are dedicated and see that this will pass and we will be back stronger than ever.
What's on your Christmas wish-list?
This year we plan on minimal gifting but maximum quality time. We want to make a point to gift local and gift experiences to help out local business catch up after a tough year. Family time is all we need this Christmas!
Where will you be spending Christmas day?
We love spending our day with close family sitting by the pool and eating loads of local produce!
Who will you be sharing the day with?
Our close family and friends. This year will be a special one as we get to see family we’ve hardly seen throughout 2021.

Cheeseof course! In all shapes and forms - think cheesecakes, cheesy Christmas dips, canapés and cheeseboards decorated with fresh local fruit - yum!
Tell us about your amazing product(s), and what makes them extra special at Christmas time?
A hot Aussie Christmas calls for fresh Aussie snacks! We love decorating a wheel of brie with fresh cherries, rosemary sprigs and drizzle of local honey. Our famous ‘Labelle’ is always a Christmas hit, and use local prawnsto make a cocktail with twist featuring fresh mango and crumbled Hunter Belle feta!
What's your food philosophy at Christmas time?
Graze all day long and nap when needed!
What’s coming up in your business for 2022? Let us know about any new products you are working
2022 is all about getting back to business and supplying our customers with great produce. We hope to get back out there with local events and show our support in the community. We aim to continue working on our sustainability into the future and have some exciting things in the pipeline.
What are you looking forward to over the summer?
We are most excited for families to be reunited over the Summer period. We love supporting small business and showing off the best of our regional NSW produce so getting on the road again ourselves to show our support to our local areas and giving warm welcomes to visitors coming back through the doors this summer.
