About Express Delivery

Not only are we green and delicious, we aim to be the fastest brussels sprout in the East. Right now we are trialing express Delivery for Sydney, and will soon be rolling it out further.

Express Delivery is available for set boxes and other items showing the speedy sprout 🥦 icon. If you only have those items in your cart you are eligible for express delivery, otherwise your first available date will be Regular Delivery.

DIY Best Garlic Bread

Garlic bread is a restaurant classic, but aren't things so much better when you make them yourself at home? Once you've home-made garlic bread with the very best of local ingredients, you'll never go back!

DIY Best Garlic Bread

For 4 serves, you need:
1 sea salt and caraway bread baguette
125 g butter
1 glove crushed garlic

To make:

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees
Slice baguette almost all the way through in 2cm thick slices
Place crushed garlic and butter in a small bowl, mix to combine
Spread your garlic-y butter on each slice
Wrap in foil
Bake for 15 minutes until the crust is crispy (check through foil)
Unwrap and serve!
