Not only are we green and delicious, we aim to be the fastest brussels sprout in the East. Right now we are trialing express Delivery for Sydney, and will soon be rolling it out further.

Express Delivery is available for set boxes and other items showing the speedy sprout 🥦 icon. If you only have those items in your cart you are eligible for express delivery, otherwise your first available date will be Regular Delivery.

Freestyle Trout Tartine

The perfect summer breakfast, lunch or dinner, this super simple trout tartine doesn't really have a recipe, go freestyle and you'll love what ever you create!

Don't get too stuck on the method and mix things up a little. Feel free to sub out the garlic chives for any seasonal herb. If you're using the flavoured trout try and pair the fresh herbs with those use on the trout.

1. Toast sourdough

2. Smash avo and add lemon and salt, put on the toast

3. Sprinkle with chopped garlic chives and add trout

I also topped it with some dukkah when I ate it But it’s not in the pic so don’t know if you want to add it.
