Local Green Smoothie at Your Food Collective

Melanie at PW Pantry doesn't muck around! She makes the most of her fresh YFC produce in all sorts of ways - this time it's a delicious smoothie to get the day started right!
 
GO GET 'EM GREEN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 2 big handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 stalk of celery
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1 banana, chopped (frozen before hand gives extra creaminess)
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 TBsp chia seeds (get those Omegas in!)
- 1 TSp almondsor any nuts of your choice
- 1 cup of nut milk (whatever milk you love!)
Method
Whizz it all up in your blender and have a happy morning!
