    Kristy and Luigi Papagni have been baking delicious, Italian style breads since 2001. Starting in their home kitchen in the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, they used both their heritage, passion and family recipes. The idea of Bacco's brand was born and with it their very first product...

    Baccos Leaves - are so popular, Luigi and his team are baking them daily to ship all across the country! Their signature handmade leaves are made from their traditional family recipe using certified organic ingredients and can be enjoyed with dips, soups and more!

    Adding to their already famous crispbreads and drawing on their philosophy of wholesome pure food, they have also expanded their range to include Bacco's Cookies and Bacco’s Breadsticks.

    Bacco's Cookies - are made with organic flour, free range eggs, real butter, and flavoured with freshly grated lemon zest, orange zest, coffee beans, roasted nuts and chunks of chocolate. Try them... you won't regret it!

    Kristy and Luigi’s latest venture has been opening their bakery in Newcastle's upcoming industrial hub, Wickham, where you can sample some of the finest traditional Italian bread including:

    Spaccatello - Made from the perfect blend of sustainable, locally source flours, including wholemeal, rye, whole wheat and plain. This bread is so delicious you'll want to add a slice to every meal!
