We reckon this is a perfect summer salad! Add it to your next BBQ line up or just enjoy it straight up as a light meal.

Either way it's delightfully refreshing and the perfect way to nourish and refresh your body on a hot day. 

Salad:
Iceberg Lettuce  - torn
1/2 cucumber  - sliced
2x Raddish - sliced
6 Cherry toms - halved
1 shallot- thinly sliced
large handful coriander - leaves pulled
3 stalks marjoram  - leaves picked
2 tbsp pepitas

Dressing:
1 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 pinch salt
1 lge kaffir lime leaf - shredded
1 chilli - thinly sliced
1 tsp brown sugar

Method:
Place all salad ingredients except pepitas in a salad bowl and toss together.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake. Pour over salad. Sprinkle pepitas over the top and serve.
