About the Role

We’re looking for a self-motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our team.It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast growing start-up in the food tech industry. The sky’s the limit!

The nominated candidate will report to the Head of Growth and be responsible for Customer service within our team, this includes:

  • Delivering an amazing customer experience every time
  • Identifying and anticipating the customers’ needs and providing the right level of service
  • Being the first point of contact for customer communication across telephone, email, social media
  • Proactively increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy
  • Collect and communicate customer insights
  • Data management including Customer database maintenance
  • Process improvements and website UX updates

Duties include (but are not limited to) customer communication, data management and liaising with operations to ensure 100% fulfilment and product updates.

At Your Food Collective we are wholly focused on customer experience from arriving at our website to receiving their produce and everything in between. As part of our customer experience team you will play a key role in developing and maintaining customer relationships. 

About You

  • Previous retail customer service experience
  • Experience in customer service with a focus on understanding customer needs
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with; Shopify, Zapier, Klaviyo a nice to have
  • Adaptable – ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
  • Solution Focused & Self-motivated
  • Team Player
  • Drive to be part of something bigger and contribute to growth and changes within Your Food Collective.
