In a Nutshell
Your Food Collective is an online market place that allows you to purchase directly from producers and then collect your absurdly fresh food from your local hub or we deliver.
But we’re much more than that…
We’re using technology to give people the time they need to reconnect with the food they eat and the people who grow it. We’re helping producers get paid fairly for the work they do and we’re providing customers with the freshest food possible.
It’s simple really, we’re making local easy.
And we’re currently expanding our team…
We’re looking for a self-motivated team leader to join our team as a Warehouse Manager . It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast growing start-up in the food tech industry. The sky’s the limit!
The nominated candidate will be responsible for the management of all activities, staff and suppliers at our warehouse, ensuring that customers’ requirements are fulfilled and operations run efficiently.
You would be the first point of contact for customers. At Your Food Collective we are wholly focused on customer experience from arriving at our website to receiving their produce and everything in between. As a team leader in our service team you will play a key role in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Duties include (but are not limited to) managing inventory, producer relations, liaising with any third party service providers, cleaning the warehouse, management and servicing of equipment including cool rooms and staffing.

- Competent on the computer and in particular Microsoft Excel and Word and basic coding
- Adaptable – ability to think on your feet
