Elena and her family are doing something special. Their water buffalo herd is organically managed all year round on lush subtropical pastures, surrounded by the fresh waters of Myall Lakes, NSW. The buffaloes in turn produce wholesome clean milk which is gently transformed by traditional methods into handcrafted cheeses and yoghurt.
