Lancer Flour Single Origin - 2kg

High quality bread flour milled from single origin Lancer wheat, grown for us by Simon Doolin in North Star NSW and milled by Kevin Sherrie in Tamworth. This flour has fantastic bread making properties with high protein content and good water absorption.

By practising regenerative agriculture, the Doolins care for their earth, environment & community to produce healthy grains from the nutrients & minerals maintained in their soil. There is nothing extra added to our flour – it is single origin, all natural, non-GMO and chemical free.
