    Not only are we green and delicious, we aim to be the fastest brussels sprout in the East. Right now we are trialing express Delivery for Sydney, and will soon be rolling it out further.

    Express Delivery is available for set boxes and other items showing the speedy sprout 🥦 icon. If you only have those items in your cart you are eligible for express delivery, otherwise your first available date will be Regular Delivery.

    Hello Spring: Your Guide to eating with the Seasons!

    It’s been a beautiful winter, cold nights and glorious sunny days. We hope all of you have taken a moment to cherish the season...

    We know for us nothing says winter like a brief dip at Newcastle Baths followed by a spot of whale watching at the Cowrie Hole... Life doesn’t get much better! But the seasons have turned and it’s time to welcome spring, yeah!! For the first half of spring we will be blessed with the fruits of winter harvest, broccoli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas (the troops are devouring these by the bag!) celery, rhubarb and apples.


    To get you through the last of those cold nights in style we’ve teamed up with Rachel at Myrtle and Pepper Fine Chocolates (keep your eyes peeled for a free sample in orders) and for the main course Matthew and the crew at Merrifield Farm will be bringing you mouthwatering fresh pork! The pork will be in limited supply so make sure you get your orders in early so you don’t miss out.


    Towards the beginning of October things will really start to liven up and feel a little more like spring. We’ve already had a glimpse of what Peter’s peaches will taste like, and Sandi’s Blueberries and Jo’s strawberries won’t be too far behind that. In the Pantry; the flavour and colour of Amber Drop Honey will gradually lighten as the girls enjoy foraging on new season swamp mahogany blossoms and mango flowers. And Sandi at Blushing Blueberries will be releasing her exciting new range including Japanese Pickled Blueberries! Credit to her delicious products, Sandi will be busy representing NSW at the Melbourne Fine Food Expo next month, go Sandi!

    We’re also working on exciting partnerships with Pineapple Fitness to help get you beach ready, Bacco’s Bakery for everything Italian and perhaps... delicious local doughnuts if we’re lucky.

    We’re loving getting to know all of you down at the Hub, so keep sharing all your secrets for loving local.
